We are looking for a Handover Lead to join our Infrastructure team located in St Neots on the A428 project.   You will lead the project Technical Team to implement the digital approach to project handover from construction phase to operational maintenance. Enable the effective and timely collation of digital asset data, aligned to agreed Customer standards and requirements.

 

What you'll do:

  • Handover process is appropriate for A428 and is verified as sustainably repeatable (and scalable) across other Infrastructure projects, specifically within the Highways sector.
  • Work collaboratively with wider Skanska UK teams to introduce a principle for handover which can be adopted as suitable for the needs of many. Support and develop individuals which can contribute to this team.
  • Systems established, recorded, and tested as functioning for handover to the NH operational maintenance team in the format required.  
  • Data flows efficiently between different systems and connects with minimal ongoing input and maintenance
  • Project and support teams understand their responsibilities and how they support the handover

 

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or an appropriate professional qualification 
  • Good influencing and stakeholder management skills 
  • Analytical & data driven mindset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to support project teams and drive industry leading solutions for our customers
